Hello everyone I have just completed the walking for week one. I am so thankful that I walk the week and completed the first week. I'm really looking forward to the 2nd week. That is going to be more challenging. 2 miles, that is quite awhile on the treadmill but along with the training I also incorprate strength training also. I feel more energy and much better. I start my week 2 Monday, today is Fri. I'm taking my rest day on Sunday. Tom.(Sat) I will be doing my last cross training, I think I'll bike ride and some full body strength. Next week I also start my winter classes. So on Tues and Thurs. I will be working out at 4 am. that is my crosstraining days anyway. It won't have to be as hard.
