It sounds like you have made a great start. I sure understand not taking the kids unless your just out for a fun walk. My son figured I could take the dog for a walk when I went on my walk and I thought it was a good idea also but the silly little thing had to stop and sniff every 50 feet.

Your energy will just keep increasing the more you exercise and I also found that I am sleeping so much better.

Went on nature walk with the kids, walked 1.58 miles. Ready next week to do it without them so I can stop "stopping" or slowing down for them (one is only 6, so I'm just happy I didn't have to carry him). The weather is S.Florida is cooling slightly, so its easier to get outside for walking. Need to use the treadmill more as well and Wii.

Feeling good and energized and healthy for the first time, probably ever!

Progress....Not Perfection!!!

Its time to stop Yo-Yo Dieting and Make a Lifestyle Change!!!
