Went on nature walk with the kids, walked 1.58 miles. Ready next week to do it without them so I can stop "stopping" or slowing down for them (one is only 6, so I'm just happy I didn't have to carry him). The weather is S.Florida is cooling slightly, so its easier to get outside for walking. Need to use the treadmill more as well and Wii.
Feeling good and energized and healthy for the first time, probably ever!
