Good for you! I have a hard time staying on the treadmill for too long without some distraction-I have mine at home and have to watch a dvd or something or else I get too bored! Staying on 30 minutes without anything is huge in my book-good for you!!

Well today I walked for 30 minutes consecutively and actually was able to get through the 30 minutes. I was on a treadmill when I walked and I should of brought my ipod with me to pass the time but I was in a hurry to get to the gym this morning. Hopefully, I will not forget it tomorrow.
