I walk daily. So, I'll be walking. But, I also think doing some other exercises would be good for me.

On my schedule for cross training days: Zumba class, Dancing to the Oldies video (yeah, i know very old but it makes me feel so freaking silly it inevitably puts me in a good mood), Wii Tennis, Wii Walk it Out game, and a 2-mile Leslie Samsone video.

I an going to look into possibly doing some arm exercises with a little weight. I have read that muscle burns more calories than fat. So I figured I try to get rid of some flab.

You can walk daily if you like, but just adjust your pace to a slower one. You can also do strength training, biking, swimming, elliptical, zumba, yoga or any other thing you enjoy. Just keep moving. However, you do need to choose at least one day to rest.
