Previously posted under Week 1 that I walked well over a mile on day #2 and it felt great.

Listen to your body. Short walks 2 or 3 times a day still provides benefits. Good for you for not giving up altogether.

If you can't walk outside because the weather is affecting your asthma, try mall walking if there's one around, or using a walking video to walk indoors.

I got out there this morning determined to walk a mile. but half way thru the first half mile my asthma was kicking in. Not too thrilled with my accomplishment. I was hoping to do the whole mile at one time. Perhaps later today I may walk the second half. I'm going to get some swimming in until then.
