I started this challenge because I aspire to be able to run. As it is, I can 'walk briskly' for 20 minutes, but I'm not even breaking a jog. I want to start slow, and build up to my eventual goals.
I work well on a bike, stationary or otherwise, but cross-training is supposed to be better for you.. so this seems to be a good way to start. I did the 15 minutes, at the 10% (I think ten percent, it's the 1.0 incline) on the treadmill varying the speed from 3.5 to 3.2 depending. Let's see how I do by the end of the challenge :)
