The weather here continues to be dicey. Lots of rain, and we are under severe thunderstorm and possible tornado watch.
Today is day five of my first week. I made the decision to walk indoors. I began with stretching and strength training with my wii fit. I walked 2 miles in, what was for me, a fairly good time. However, I believe it was a result of the lack of intensity and unknown terrain I have been using lately. However, variety is good, and working different areas is, in fact my goal. I believe that not all days will be consistent.
