YAY...I did day 3 today!!! My 12 yo did it with me (she wants to complete the challenge too) and I also brought my 7 yo and 3 yo. Great Feeling, I wrote about it on my blog on my spark page.

Day 3, 1.5...I was amazed. I went very slow and the knees and hips hurt like crazy, but I did it anyway. My daughter is on the challege too and she did it yesterday so I have to keep up! On to week 2 emoticon

Yes, risk taking is inherently failure-prone. Otherwise, it would be called sure-thing-taking.

I did it in 32 minutes. It might have been faster, but my little boy wanted to come with me. :) Good exercise for us both, I guess. Still, my speed was 21 minutes/mile, which is a bit faster than before.
