I'm new to all this so hopefully I'm doing this right. I am up for this challenge! Week 1= 20 min 3x. Week 2= 20min 6x. Week 3= 45min 3x and Week 4= 45 6x a week. I just want to take it slow but challenge myself at the same time. Working out again is all new to me. I haven't done Zumba 2 for Wii in a long time. But it is one of my favorite exercise programs to do so I am looking forward to it. Best wishes to all who take on this challenge!
