I'm new to all this so hopefully I'm doing this right. I am up for this challenge! Week 1= 20 min 3x. Week 2= 20min 6x. Week 3= 45min 3x and Week 4= 45 6x a week. I just want to take it slow but challenge myself at the same time. Working out again is all new to me. I haven't done Zumba 2 for Wii in a long time. But it is one of my favorite exercise programs to do so I am looking forward to it. Best wishes to all who take on this challenge!

Please set your individual goals (ie. minutes per week) and update accordingly. Let us know if those minutes were from Zumba or any other fitness activities you are currently participating in.
