Ok, I just got my wii, just moved into my new place, recently single and determined to stick with a workout plan!! (tmi??) so, my goal is at least 30 min of Zumba 2 on the wii 3 times a week. Today I did 60 min. Is that all we do? Log it here? Help, haven't done this in forever! Thanks!!

My schedule is temporarily unusual and more hectic then ever so I'm going to go for a small goal. 30 minutes of Zumba & 30 minutes of biking, and 30 minutes of walking this week. emoticon

I'm an eternal optimist. I found the Secret; the Eat to Live plan.
In 2015 I will be a Success Story !
I will be wearing that Little Black Dress December 31, 2015.
The Secret is consistency!

My goal is 600 minutes per week! With 450 being Zumba, and the rest doing Xbox UFC Trainer!

Hello everyone.

Please set your individual goals (ie. minutes per week) and update accordingly. Let us know if those minutes were from Zumba or any other fitness activities you are currently participating in.

The top three people will be awarded with a SparkPeople Goodie! Of course the person with the most Zumba minutes will also win a SparkPeople Goodie!
