Well, I've started on Medium Intensity today. Since I didn't get a response on which might be your favourites, I'm just going to work through them one at a time, a week at a time. That should get me ready for the High Intensity classes. Started on Short class 2 today. Seemed ok and just a little higher energy than the low intensity. I do notice that I have trouble with the Bollywood moves & rhythms. But I'll get that too.
So I think I have the two Low Intensity Short Classes conquered, and I'm considering moving to a medium intensity class. Anyone have a suggestion on a favourite for someone who's still really a newbie at Zumba2?
