I haven't started the med class yet, but I do add some of my favorite songs to my profile..try to do an hour....and that really kicks my butt...love it..takes a bit to get those steps right...

I have only done medium intensity so far for an 1hr. They are pretty good to follow. The only one that I did not enjoy was the swing one. It is too hard for me!

I've enjoyed all of my workouts...short and medium. I've tried a couple of high intensity workouts just to challenge myself!! Im not sure of my favorite one yet... ..I enjoy them all!!!

Well, I've started on Medium Intensity today. Since I didn't get a response on which might be your favourites, I'm just going to work through them one at a time, a week at a time. That should get me ready for the High Intensity classes. Started on Short class 2 today. Seemed ok and just a little higher energy than the low intensity. I do notice that I have trouble with the Bollywood moves & rhythms. But I'll get that too.

So I think I have the two Low Intensity Short Classes conquered, and I'm considering moving to a medium intensity class. Anyone have a suggestion on a favourite for someone who's still really a newbie at Zumba2?
