I started using this program on Sunday. My very first time out, I got 435 points; yesterday morning, I got 477. Is that good for a beginner?
I'm going to use the preprogrammed workout schedule, I think, until I get more used to this. I had been doing the C25K program last summer, and loved it; I was beginning Week 6 when I stumbled and fell, and broke my front teeth. That ended my running career--I'm too afraid of a repeat. That's why I decided to try this, because I needed something that would get me moving more.
