To exercise while on vacation.....Every vacation we say to each other that we will walk and then things get into the way and NO walking happens. This time it will be different since we are going to the beach for a week in March.

emoticon That's an important goal. I exercise 5 days a week and saturday at the WW meeting I lost 0.5#. emoticon

Mine is to move each day for 30 minutes atleast. Not to focus on the number on the scale?
