I am going to try to run today. Sunday was a fizzle as I had pain in the first 1/4 mile. Today I feel way better. Swing my arms like a pendulum. Run slow and steady. It's not a race. First sign of shoulder pain, drop to a walk and get done.
It's already, at 9:00, a lovely spring day this first day of February.
