I don't track activity points but I just came from the gym where I did 20 minutes on the stairs, 30 on the elliptical and over 30 minutes of weights. Will do the weights, and 45-60 minutes of cardio on Sunday too. Tomorrow I will "just" clean the house.

Food is not love........
I have walked 16+ miles this week. I have not run since the RnR AZ 1/2 on 1/15. My Orthopedist told me I could run whenever I felt ready. Maybe this weekend I will give it a try.
I am not ready to hit the pool, my normal Sunday after-Mass activity. If it's nice enough, and I am not counting on that, I will take my bike out for a ride. Today was a bonus day weather-wise so who knows?

We usually take the weekends off. So, I don't get any or count any. Yes, I move but not enough. I am hoping that will change when weather improves.
I plan to do watp and wii games. Hopiing also to play in the snow with the kids if we get enough.
