I did mine on the high counter in the bathroom at work. 2 sets of 10, each trip, 9 times during the day. On the next pushup day, I'll use the sink counter to make it harder - I think I'll be up to it by then:).
Maintenance is as much work as losing, but it has the advantage of allowing us to do it in cuter clothes - BESSHAILE
