It stands for get off your butt but i did it backwards today lol. Another one of my teams does that.

Well, it's almost quitting time, and every time I needed a bathroom break, I did 2 sets of 5 on each side, making 5 or 6 times today. I discovered it was also good balance training. That's the most exercise I've gotten in months! Thanks so much for suggesting this - and btw, what does "gyob" stand for?

Maintenance is as much work as losing, but it has the advantage of allowing us to do it in cuter clothes - BESSHAILE

OK, this I think I can do. Due to various circumstances, I haven't exercised at all since October - groan! Time to start doing something - anything!

Today focus will be on legs every time you take a short break do a standing abduction with each leg five reps if you have time.
