Well, it's almost quitting time, and every time I needed a bathroom break, I did 2 sets of 5 on each side, making 5 or 6 times today. I discovered it was also good balance training. That's the most exercise I've gotten in months! Thanks so much for suggesting this - and btw, what does "gyob" stand for?
