Of course I do and I wear it 24/7. It is a fitbit with sleep monitor. I have a challenge to myself to walk 13000 a day and have done it for a week now. One more week and the new challenge will be 14000. My fitbit pedometer was one of the reasons I was able to lose 99 pounds, it keeps me on track.
New low reached 149.2 lbs on 5/6/11. Made my weight watcher goal on Tuesday, May 3, 2011. New walk record 9/9/11, 4 miles in 58 minutes.

Yes, I wear it every day. I haven't been getting 10,000 steps in lately, partly because the exercise I've been doing doesn't rack up as many steps. I do find that it pushes me to be more active though.
