Of course I do and I wear it 24/7. It is a fitbit with sleep monitor. I have a challenge to myself to walk 13000 a day and have done it for a week now. One more week and the new challenge will be 14000. My fitbit pedometer was one of the reasons I was able to lose 99 pounds, it keeps me on track.
New low reached 149.2 lbs on 5/6/11. Made my weight watcher goal on Tuesday, May 3, 2011.
New walk record 9/9/11, 4 miles in 58 minutes.
Yes and no, I bought the WW pedometer, but it fell off and hit the floor. Now it doesn't work right.
Yes, I got a new one like the first one I had. It kept good track of things and I lost it. The ne after that didn't keep track correctly, so I got another like the first one.

Yes, I wear it every day. I haven't been getting 10,000 steps in lately, partly because the exercise I've been doing doesn't rack up as many steps. I do find that it pushes me to be more active though.
The road to success always has detours.
I know every single excuse not to eat right or exercise regularly - except for a good one.
YES I DO WEAR A PEDOMETER. I GET ABOUT 10,000 STEPS IN EVERYDAY
Do you have a pedometer and if so how many steps do you get a day.

I will rock 2014 and not look back. No more unhealthy choices. Take it one day at a time and one step at a time.
