Weight Watchers smoothies, prepared with fat-free milk. This fills me up and I get 2 of my 3 dairies in.

I am going to try graham crackers with cream cheese and strawberries.

2016 I will hit the gym 6/7 days a week. I will eat more protein, fruits and veggies. I will really cut back on the carbs.
