I'm trying for 1000. I made it in November and the challenges I have should be about the same for December.

I'm going to be travelling quite a bit during the month of December so I'm going to shoot for 350 to 400 minutes of cardio this month. I was pretty lazy during the entire month of November so it's time to get back on track.
