Heading to the South Y tomorrow morning for Aquafit and some swimming after! Hopefully if anyone sees me, I'm the one with Pink hair, yes, pink, and will be wearing a two piece bathing suit (top and shorts, no bikini for me EVER! wouldn't want to scare anyone!) but feel free to come up to me if you ever see me. I think I will have pink hair for a while yet, so haven't seen anyone over 15 with it at the Y yet, so it will be me!

Would love to get together and meet with anyone I can to join up and support! Looking forward to meeting you!

I was there this morning. I think I arrived about 8:45-8:50 or so. If you ever see me, I'll be wearing my usual, bright green t-shirt, black lululemon shorts, short blonde hair, part of it put into a ponytail (kinda). I'm usually on the workout machines, then head upstairs for the elliptical. I am always working out in the mornings. Usually, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, except when I work during the day at Rexall, I'll be there this Thursday instead of Friday.

I hide in the farthest corner it seems, the 162 locker area. We may have seen each other without even knowing it. If you see me, you can say hi if you're brave enough, my name is Alison.

Hi!

I go to the South Y at least 3 times a week, sometimes more. I try to go in the morning, as it's not as busy then. I drop my daughter off at school and try to get there for about 8:30 a.m.

My two routines are: some days it's treadmill, then strength exercises, then swimming some laps and then the HOT TUB! Some days I don't swim, I just do my workout and shower and go home. Today, I went and just did the Aquafit Class, then did some laps and sat in the hot tub and came home!

Those are my usual routines. But I'm not adverse to going in the evenings once in a while, if anyone is interested. I'm over 100 lbs overweight and am trying to lose at least 100! I'm down 11 now, and am having a hard time adjusting to the new food program! Support is key here! We need to support each other! I'm here for anyone who's interested!

I might be able to do Sunday as well, depends on how I feel on packing whatnot. We'll go with the flow as best as we can.

Sorry this Friday/Saturday is crazy for me. I'm in a scrapbooking event that goes till midnite both nights. Possibly Sunday, but not sure just yet. I'm thinking of taking the kids with me, they would just play in the play area while I workout. I do it occasionally. They love it

ITs so funny, I am actually moving from Morrow Ave to St. Thomas Rd. Total fluke that its a bit closer to the gym now (and also we just made the bid on the 4th). We get the house on the 22nd, we will officially move in on the 26th. I still may be able to pop in occasionally to meet up if it all works out during this time.

My availability is pretty much open at the moment as to when to meet up. Free most of the time (work is really slow, not working much at the moment). I think anytime to meet up is good for me.
