I'm working on getting my steps up this month. After a setback from surgery, it's going to be one step at a time and I'm determined to get those same steps up to 10,000 again!

In October, I want to:

walk at least 6000 steps every day
read every day
organize my place a little more
spend more time with family and friends

God grant me the serenity to change the things I can, to accept the things I cannot change, and the wisdom to know the difference.

This Month I am CHOOSING....

1. Spirit ---- continue to use mantra STOP LOOK LISTEN

2. Heart ---- Pay close attention to my feelings.... & Honor my process

3. Mind ----- Pay close attention to my thoughts... staying Positive

4. Body ---- Pay close attention to my body... eat healthy... keep moving
Loose @ least 5 lbs... weighing in @ 154 lbs

5. Family/Friends --- Make sure they know How Greatful I am to have
them in my life
