I've been getting more than usual (water, that is). I'm a former Weight Watcher, and when the plan started allowing you to count and 0 calorie 0 caffeine drink toward your water, it kind of messed with my head. I'm trying to get back in the mindset that only water counts as water.
I've heard that water is key for those of us who have a lot of weight to lose because it can help minimize the amount of loose skin we are left with when the pounds leave. I know I'm at the age now, that my skin won't bounce back the way it did when I lost weight in 2001.
This one is so hard for me. I know the importance of drinking a lot of water, but I am a teacher and I cannot go to the bathroom when I need to. I also find I get so busy, I don't remember to drink water.
