hay ladies so tomorow is thanks giving

thats the end of this challenge

how have all of you done????

i have lost 3 pounds this week !

yay!!!!!not a whole turkey but at least i got some of it off!

so far i have eaten healthy all day
breakfast : oatmeal w/strawberries
lunch:chicken veggie stew w/ white rice

i got in 15 minute brisk walk this morning and plan on doing some more excersize when i get home.

hello everyone, i hope the team leaders dont mind but i decided to create this challenge for this team , i have created it for one of my other teams and it has me motivated. Its a challenge for this week starting today and ending thursday .the goal here is to burn as much calories as possible, however remember to pace yourselves and dont over do it, also if this is something new for you consult your dr.
i will be working out every day this week, i really want to loose weight and what a better opportunity than a holiday challenge to boost weight loss. Besides i believe that if we work hard we wont day a day full of yummy food undo all of our hard work! If your in Give me a woohoo emoticon
