I prefer her as my fitness leader, her moves are very simply, nothing too hard, I don't have to worry about doing the moves wrong, and the weight is coming off, as long as I track my foods like I am supposed to here at Spark People. I feel the water quota is very important to meet as well for the weight to "melt" away.
