I just went through and added mine for the week - 325 minutes. Not bad as that would average 46 minutes of something per day. I took Friday off- I needed to knowing I was challenging myself with a long run on the Boston Marathon course Saturday. Anyway- thanks for a great challenge and congrats to the winner!

Sorry all, I wasn't able to finish the challenge. I ended up catching Hand Foot & Mouth from my daughter which is very VERY rare in adults and was miserable all week with blisters on the palms of my hands and soles of my feet. Absolutely painful to walk, let alone exercise. I'm fully recovered now, so throw the next challenge at me and hopefully I can complete the next one!

Way to go Marlimoo! My husband is training for his first marathon in May (the Colorado, here in Fort Collins, CO) and I don't know how he does those 2 hour runs.
Friday: 20 minutes lower body/cardio Saturday: 15 minute run (had the 5 yo with me, 8 yo did 2 miles with his dad, they're doing a St. Patrick's Day 5k)

Monday: I did two hours of hard garden work. phew! Tuesday: Lugging cinder blocks around my yard! about 15 minutes Wednesday: Walked 25 minutes with the boys. Thursday: More garden work! 30 minutes breaking up soil, picking out the rocks, mixing in the new soil, and planting summer bulbs. Friday: 25 minutes of walking with my two youngest and 60 minutes lugging dirt around. Saturday: I had to get more dirt, so guess what??? 25 more minutes of lugging dirt. Sunday: Sunday I save for my "free" day. I worked, though, and walked 7 miles in 3 hours. It is amazing how much I walk on Sundays!
Some other things I have done to get my 10 minutes in a day: Aerobic steps while waiting on hold on the phone. Taking the steps at work twice before actually going into the kitchen.

We all know how important being active every day is. Now let's document it!!!
This week's challenge is to do 10 minutes of activity everyday, and then tell us about it.
Scoring ruberic: 10 minutes of fitness gets you 10 points. Each additional 5 minutes of fitness will be worth 5 points.
I am looking forward to seeing how you ladies keep active.
