Monday: I did two hours of hard garden work. phew!
Tuesday: Lugging cinder blocks around my yard! about 15 minutes
Wednesday: Walked 25 minutes with the boys.
Thursday: More garden work! 30 minutes breaking up soil, picking out the rocks, mixing in the new soil, and planting summer bulbs.
Friday: 25 minutes of walking with my two youngest and 60 minutes lugging dirt around.
Saturday: I had to get more dirt, so guess what??? 25 more minutes of lugging dirt.
Sunday: Sunday I save for my "free" day. I worked, though, and walked 7 miles in 3 hours. It is amazing how much I walk on Sundays!
Some other things I have done to get my 10 minutes in a day:
Aerobic steps while waiting on hold on the phone.
Taking the steps at work twice before actually going into the kitchen.
