This week's challenge is inspired by CLWALDRO from our Challenge Idea Discussion Topic. This challenge is about community and helping to build group interaction.
The challenge is two-fold:
1. Blog everyday about one positive thing you have learned about exercise or nutrition. This can be as simple as a new stretch or a new recipe.
2. Read each other's blogs!
We are going to have points this challenge and the top 3 winners will get Goodies!
The pointing system is simple: For every day you post a blog in relation to the challenge, you get 5 points. You get an additional 1 point for every blog you read and post an encouraging comment on.
A sample post in this forum is as follows:
Written Blog: 5 pts.
Read 3 Blogs: 3 pts.
Total: 8 pts.
*Note: You can simply edit your origonal post every day and that will make it easier to keep track of points for the week.
