I know for me, it's a challenge to avoid overeating when I'm tired at the end of the day and there's still homework to be done and a bedtime routine for my little ones to get through. I'm sure many of us battle the urge to eat when we're not hungry. So a challenge could be to avoid this kind of emotional eating for 5 days out of a week. How about that?

How about doing something active every day for a month- say walk or jog 10 minutes a day? 10 minutes. We can make 10 minutes a priority to do something for us that benefits us. Like exercise of some form?

I think a good challenge might be to blog 1 positive thing we learned about staying active or focused on nutrition tips we have for 1 week. We could also do one on things we do to get more time in our busy work day to focus on ourselves?

In an effort to make this team the best it can be, I would like to have great interactive challenges that we all can get into. That being said, 4,000 brains are smarter than one. Does anyone have a challenge idea they would like to see on Working Moms?
