I know for me, it's a challenge to avoid overeating when I'm tired at the end of the day and there's still homework to be done and a bedtime routine for my little ones to get through. I'm sure many of us battle the urge to eat when we're not hungry. So a challenge could be to avoid this kind of emotional eating for 5 days out of a week. How about that?

How about doing something active every day for a month- say walk or jog 10 minutes a day? 10 minutes. We can make 10 minutes a priority to do something for us that benefits us. Like exercise of some form?
I think a good challenge might be to blog 1 positive thing we learned about staying active or focused on nutrition tips we have for 1 week. We could also do one on things we do to get more time in our busy work day to focus on ourselves?
