I just want to start exercising again. I have been so completely exhausted tired, that as soon as the kids are gone to school, I lay back down and nap for a couple of hours. By the time I get up again, it's lunch time and only 2 hours til the first of the 6 gets home from school. Usually I have errands to run, laundry to tackle, housekeeping chores. I know it is because my DH and I aren't getting to bed until really late - usually close to midnight. Then we are up early - usually around 5:00 to 5:30 am. I start getting the kids up for school at 6:15 because the bus picks up the 1st one at 6:50 a.m. By the time they are all at school - 3 hours later - it's 9:00 a.m. and I'm exhausted. Mornings are my time to work out, but it has not been something I had the energy to do for a few weeks now.
