I've had a bit of a slow start to April - but I'm back and I'm making it happen - so I will reach my 500 by the end of the month. You are right - tracking the food and tracking the exercise will get us there :) That also makes me accountable to eat sensibly and ensure I get some fitness in... :)

Woo hoo - we hit our team goal for points - I'm almost at my 500 points per month... but I have more to do today to get there! I brought my exercise stuff to work today, so logging in those points will help me get to that goal! It's not over, 'til it's over - we're in January for one more day.
OK - my apologies! I've been so busy at work I haven't been on the site in a week. So my points are suffering (as is my progress - see? the two are very linked.) I'm back on. I'm at 306 points - but I have a week to go - I will do it 500 points in January!

I try and do this every month and those months I achieve 500 points are always my best weight-loss months. it's a good goal for us because it works for those of us losing weight, but it also works for those maintaining a healthy active lifestyle.
