Christmas break is our longest break- 1 week- but there's so much to pack into that week that it almost is as stressful as being in school! I like all breaks. Even the one-day holidays or teacher inservice days help me to catch up with grading and administrative paperwork.

Just love Christmas break. It is so joyful and happy around that time with so much love in the air. By the time we come back from our break it is like we have been through the worst part of the school year and we can start winding down almost.

christmas. i can get a lot done then, i can stay home all i want, its a good stopping point for a semester (hate thanksgiving sometimes, its like a cruel tease and then the kiddos don't want to do anything when they get back)
