September 1 -

#1 - walked today
#2 - I wrote about how much I appreciate everyone's support and encouragement in helping me reach my goals
#3 - ate my fruits and veggies today
#4 - went to a friend's page and said something nice today
#5 - This is tough since I don't cook any more - my son does all the cooking - BUT I saw a recipe and suggested that Ed try it because it was pretty easy - Zucchini chips - they are easy to make and sounded like a tasty snack.

Working on getting fit and nutritionally focused!

1. Choose an exercise that lasts at least 10 minutes three times a week.

2. Write one thing you like about Spark at least twice a week.

3. Eat at least 2 vegetables and/or fruits each day.

4. Go to a Sparks friends Page and say something nice to them today.

5. Go to SparkRecipes recipes.sparkpeople.com/home.asp and name a recipe you would like to try.
