I soaked up some gorgeous fall weather and went on a walk/jog. I ended up jogging 2 1/2 miles and only walking a 1/2 mile!

I did strength training: the FIRST time I was able to do the tricept press 3 sets of 12 reps with a 5 lb. weight! emoticon Then I did calf extension, back press, ab crunches, fly (arms), and both sets of abductor presses. Then rode recumbant bike for 25 minutes at level 5. It was a good workout!

That's a shame that you won't try another class. It took me some time to get used to the moves, but I am so glad I stuck with it. I'm still not the most coordinated, but I have fun doing it.

I took a break from my jogging and tried a Zumba class tonight. Though I don't think it's for me, I'm glad that I tried it. I can cross it off my exercise bucket list!

I am cleaning my whole house today. But I am doing it because we bought a fancy new treadmill and it is being delivered today and someone has to be home, so what else would I be doing?emoticon

I just completed my second day at the gym! A step aerobics mini-class and 30 mins on the elliptical. More strength training tomorrow.
