wow. you think you can drink 15 cups of water a day??? wow! i think i only managed to do that once or twice, but for two weeks straight? man.

but watch yourself and make sure you stagger it out. last think you want is over-hydration--not to mention you're a teacher and that's an awful lot of bathroom breaks!

How's the water challenge going? I've been drinking my 8 glasses, but more than that is difficult, unless I want to be up in the middle of the night!

Will try - I have been getting better about it, but some days, I am doing well to drink one little bottle!

Hmmmm. I think that's lemonade! It helps me to drink it through a straw really cold.

Oh God, water is my enemy! I know I absolutely need to drink it, but it's like the big joke how much I absolutely can't stand drinking water. I have to play a game with myself to drink my bottle before I get home. Any suggestions? Maybe adding lemon juice and sugar?emoticon

I think I can do this. It will cut out my one cup of coffee in the PM. Oh well I need to anyway. Think about those big coke's some people drink. This would only be two of those. I know some people drink a pack of coke a day ( not good) so I know it is possible.
