emoticon Between December 7 {the day Curves closed} and Last Week, I had "Gained" 6 Pounds. From what I have read here on SparkPeople and in the Weight Lifting Books that I bought, it is NOT unusual to 'Gain 5 - 8 Pounds when you begin a New Strength Training Program. This morning I weighed almost exactly what I weighed the day Curves closed. My Scale and Curves Scale were usually within One Pound of each other every month.
