I've added another pound to my weight loss. I reached my goal of loosing 2% of my total fat weight for the month! That makes me happier than the 1 pound loss. I'm a happy camper!

I've added 2 more pounds to my weight loss. With all the exercise I do, I have to eat a lot. I burn over 10,000 calories a week exercising and my nutrition tracker says I should be eating between 2400 - 2700 calories a day. I'm finding it hard to eat that much. (I never thought I would ever complain about having to eat so much.)

I showed 3 lb gain on scales Saturday. This does not worry me, because I did really great last week eating right an getting in some exercise. I know is just water retention due to
TOM.

After two weeks with no weight loss, as of today I have actually lost 3 big pounds! I'm so excited! I have worked so hard and I'm glad it's paying off. Now I can continue to torture myself to get results.

I've gained one pound and lost 2.25 inches. I've actually gained 1.5 pounds of muscle and lost .5 pounds of fat since my last weigh-in.
