Wow, you're doing great, ARW! I'm at 1,188 at the moment so I need to push to get to my 2,000 by month's end. I got a Fitbit Zip for Christmas and am loving it. Right now my goal is 10K plus steps at least 5 days a week - I don't think I'm ready to hit that 7 days a weeks just yet.

Nice job, ladies! How was week 2 for everyone? I'm at 893 minutes for the month so I'm just a little bit behind to reach my goal of 2,000 minutes for the month. I need to push this second half of the month! Let's do it!

SASSACAIA - Let me know how you like P90X, I keep debating whether to get it or not. The beginning of December I completed Turbo Fire, got my free tank top last Friday, and last Friday I started Les Mills Combat. I LOVE the Beachbody workouts! Good luck on your 90 day journey.

Happy New Year, everyone!! I don't know about all of you, but I love new beginnings and fresh starts. I love being able to look forward and see the possibilities stretching before me. What do you want from this new year? Do you have specific fitness goals you want to meet? A milestone birthday? A fantastic vacation destination? Whatever the reason, I say use the motivation it provides to help you reach your goals!
Try to accumulate as many fitness minutes as you can this month. If you're just starting out, reach for that 250 Spark trophy for the first time. If you've reached the 500, strive for the 1000 trophy.
If you hate to exercise, challenge yourself to try something new. You might discover a new favorite! If you have your tried and true, I say keep at it! Just move it! Move it to lose it!
