Happy New Year, everyone!! I don't know about all of you, but I love new beginnings and fresh starts. I love being able to look forward and see the possibilities stretching before me. What do you want from this new year? Do you have specific fitness goals you want to meet? A milestone birthday? A fantastic vacation destination? Whatever the reason, I say use the motivation it provides to help you reach your goals!
Try to accumulate as many fitness minutes as you can this month. If you're just starting out, reach for that 250 Spark trophy for the first time. If you've reached the 500, strive for the 1000 trophy.
If you hate to exercise, challenge yourself to try something new. You might discover a new favorite! If you have your tried and true, I say keep at it! Just move it! Move it to lose it!
