New year, new you!!! Let's start the new year off with a bang and lose this weight. By breaking down your overall goal into manageable monthly goals will help you stay on track. So who is going to join me???

Make sure to reply to this message each week with your actual weight loss for that week. This way everyone will get a message when you update your weight loss and we can all celebrate with you!!!

Here is how it works (mine is below for reference).

1) Pick your own weigh in day.
2) Reply to this thread with your start weight for the month, your goal weight each week of the month and how many overall pounds you want to lose for this month.
3) Each weigh in day copy your original goals, reply to this thread and put in your actual weight for that week.

This is a great way to stay focused on your short term monthly goals. So who is with me??? We can do this!!!
