137.8 on scale this morning emoticon . Also lost 1/2" on hips and 1/4" on neck.

It always goes from neck first then normally waist then hips (these numbers are telling me how much extra "junk" I'm carrying around this time for me to be losing hips and neck at same time)

I'd love to be 123 on Dec. 12th , but I'd have to continue to lose throughout the holidays which will be super tough for me. I will be happy to just maintain and not start my sugar cravings again .

I did my squats Wed / Thursday / Friday sick on saturday so hoping I'll get in more .........

They had lose 12# by Dec. 12 . This (if started this week) is 1# a week. Doable, but tough. No guarentees, but great to work towards. You can even post your own goal to meet by that date if you prefer.
You can post your progress on here. I can also add what my zumba instuctor has been giving us.


Do 60 squats in a day. 3 or 4 times in a week before Wed. 18th. They don't have to be all at once can be spread throughout the day. It at least gets some of us lazybones moving again.
