They had lose 12# by Dec. 12 . This (if started this week) is 1# a week. Doable, but tough. No guarentees, but great to work towards. You can even post your own goal to meet by that date if you prefer. You can post your progress on here. I can also add what my zumba instuctor has been giving us.
Do 60 squats in a day. 3 or 4 times in a week before Wed. 18th. They don't have to be all at once can be spread throughout the day. It at least gets some of us lazybones moving again.
