Well, how's it going? I exercised to Jillian's NMTZ and I did the circuits once and it was an awesome killer this morning!
I'm struggling with the magnesium still. If it wasn't for the supplement, I would be next to zero. Anyone have a great food source? I know it's in nuts and wheat germ / whole wheat, but specifically.....?
I mixed ground flaxseed in my cream of wheat the other day and it made it a little gelatinous, anyone know where I'm coming from, lol?

I have the same problem with the protein, TABBYC. I have a friend who gets me a protein energy shot from Wal-mart; not a lot of carbs or calories, but 26 g of protein and some caffeine. That helps, but the Wal-marts in my state don't sell them. I've also used a whey protein powder, but have to mix that with something. I haven't seen any packets of fiber supplement, but I will look around.

I want in also. I've been gaining/losing the same two pounds for a month. I want stop eating off my kids plates which I had set as a goal a while back but yet fail to do it. So my goal is to not finish my kids plates and to get in 900 fitness minutes.
LLREED~ Have you heard of those fiber packets that you can add to drinks and food? That may be an option. As for protein, I am not sure. I find that I almost always go over my other nutritional goals when I hit my protein goal.
