Well, how's it going?
I exercised to Jillian's NMTZ and I did the circuits once and it was an awesome killer this morning!
I'm struggling with the magnesium still. If it wasn't for the supplement, I would be next to zero. Anyone have a great food source? I know it's in nuts and wheat germ / whole wheat, but specifically.....?
I mixed ground flaxseed in my cream of wheat the other day and it made it a little gelatinous, anyone know where I'm coming from, lol?
