A total of 10.8 for the challenge time line, however I have gained a pound since I joined the challenge (too much stress, just kidding). On an up note, I did lose an inch of my waist this week, so it is not a total loss.

Ah, so close yet so far away. As I have platued at 130 before, I should have expected this. I stepped up my cardio this week and increased the amount of weight I've been training with and I am back up to 129. La sigh. I guess we will see where I stand on Sunday.

I've been avoiding this challenge because I never thought that I would even come close to making it happen. My starting weight was 140.2. This morning I weighed in at 128.4! Crazy! Here is my progress. I've a little sporadic with weigh ins.
So as of today I lost another pound. With all honesty I am a tad disspointed. I feel that I worked out ALOT this past week and did really well with my food and water. I know it's still good and of course it's not like a gained. I just for some reason thought it would be more. But slow and steady wins the race, right?

I started over again last week and have lost 3 pound, and as I have a work team challenge of a 7 mile walk on 11th of December, this challenge will fit in very well. Another motivation for me. Thanks team, I will try...
Stay in the moment.
