I noticed that this challenge only goes until the end of summer, how about the lose 12 by 12/12??? It's a good goal to do before christmas!!

I have over 1000+ ex minutes already this month. I play tennis for 2 to 3 hrs at least 5X a week and do another form of ex 2X a week, the only day I don't ex is Sunday unless I had to exchange a day above! emoticon emoticon

Sun: 60 minutes horse back riding, 30 minutes cleaning, 20 minutes weeding, 10 minutes 200 crunch challenge
