Hi everyone, I restarted my weight loss on March 1st with Jillian Michaels DVD's. I am doing 30DS and BFBM and 6 Week Abs and NMTZ on alternating days. I plan on having Sunday's off. Considering I have 100 lbs to lose is that ok?
In spite of modifications on jumping jacks and butt kicks (cranky knees and hips),I'm in this one for the duration. I'm a day behind but I'm on to day 2 this evening with high hopes of finishing all 30 days,even if I did start one day late!
