Great job everyone! Hope you all are very proud of what you accomplished in January. Sorry to have abandoned this thread here at the end of Jan... life and stress got the better of me... yikes!

A new challenge thread will be up in a minute to continue our 2010 challenges. I'm going to make it a multiple month thread... "Keeping it Going" Challenge (Feb - Mar). Then, for April maybe we can have a new Springtime-focused challenge. How does that sound? :-)

1/13: 45 minutes (Tae Bo DVD), 8 min (Tuesday's SYB video), 6 min (Today's SYB video)

After a "down" day yesterday, I'm back at it. Made up for the missed SYB video from yesterday by doing it tonight!

Soooooo looking forward to a mega-hike this weekend. It is a Winter Hike and is planned for ALL DAY on Saturday!! about 6 miles through the hills of SE Ohio. I'm so excited... my husband and I did this same hike a couple years ago, but in the summer. Should be fun to do it as a Winter hike... layers, layers, layers! :-)

Stretch bands and many of the physio exercises up to 30-32 reps. Bit off a little too much when trying to up them all at the same time. emoticon
