Welcome to the 5'3" and Under Team "Scoreboard" for our July 2009 Challenge...
Here are the directions for posting to this Scoreboard:
1.) Make ONE post to this thread with your name or nickname.
2.) Use the emoticons or type your activities and/or veggies/fruits for the current day.
3.) Each day come back to this thread and "edit" your post to add to it. This way it will stay clean looking and you will be able to see how everyone is doing.
4.) Challenge yourself to increase to your fruit/veggie consumption and exercise activity each day. I didn't want to set a single goal for everyone b/c we are all different!
Example: If you eat a veggie/fruit, add a food item
; If you did cardo that day, add a runner person
; If you did strength training, add a crunch person
So, after day 1, you would edit your post to add
