yesterday (01Jan) I did wii fit for 40 minutes. 30 minutes yoga, 10 minutes step aerobics (low impact). I also took a 15 minute walk

today I stepped it up a notch and took a 30 minute walk during lunch, came home and did wii fit yoga for 10 minutes then decided to go to the gym and was on the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes. after stretching and drinking even MORE water, I feel SO much better! MUCH better than sitting on the couch or on the computer ;)

My challenge for this month is to do 20 mins every day on my stationary bike. But I also go to the gym M,W,F's doing cardio and ST.

When I do my cardio at home I want to keep heart rate up above 130bpm.
