I lost about a week total this month due to the death of my grandma. Just didn't feel like doing anything for a couple of days & then had to travel out of town for the funeral & had no time for exercise. February should be better, except for one weekend when I'll be traveling & at a convention.

addition to yesterday's 1/27 1 hour elliptical
1/28 30 mins walking, 1 hour yoga and 1 hour tkb It was a great workout. I might have pushed a little too hard though because minutes after getting home I felt nautious.
I am a bit sore all over so I don't know what tonight's work out will be like. I would like to do pilates and cardio. i will let you guys know later. Have a great day!
