Beginning tomorrow (May 1), we will have a new challenge!

Post the amount of calories you burned via cardio each day, plus indicate whether or not you stayed in your calorie intake range for that day. Also post the number of crunches you do each day.

You get 1 point for every calorie burned via cardio, 1 point for every crunch and also 200 points for each day that you stay in your SP calorie intake range.

Obviously, if you eat less calories than SP suggests then you would still get the 200 points.

Also, feel free to do any type of crunch/ab exercise that you like.

I will calculate the scores every week and again at the end of the month and post them here.

Please post in the following way, so I can tally up the points more easily:
