Hey All! Last year I did some monthly challenges that many enjoyed doing. I quit working out, eating healthy, and took a break from SP, but I am back and would like to start these challenges again.
I would like to challenge you all to take your measurements once a week, every other week, or just at the beginning and end of the month - whatever suits you. On the weigh in Page there is a printable Tape Measure.
Sometimes it just doesn't seem like the scale wants to budge. So I was thinking that maybe this will motivate us to keep it up! We may see results!!!
At the end of the month we will see how well you did!
Here are the areas that I believe should be measured (if you would like to add another place please list it):
1. Neck: Pretty self explanatory
2.Bust: Measure around the biggest part of your chest (right at the nipples)
3.Waist: Measure at your natural bend (bend to the side and that is where your natural bend is)
4: Abs: Measure 2 fingers under the belly button.
5.Hips: Measure around the biggest part of your hips.
6.Thighs: Measure around the biggest part of each thigh (Try to relax the thigh when you measure).
7.Calves: Measure around the largest part of each calf.
8.Upper arm: Measure around the largest part of each arm above the elbow. (Try to relax the arm when you measure).
9. Wrist: Measure around your wrist! (It be fun to see how much your wrists actually shrink!)
You can either list it like above, such as...
1: Neck - 14 inches
2: Bust - 42 inches
3: R Thigh - 25, L Thight - 24 1/2 (or you can just measure 1 thigh & double it. So if you measured the right thigh double it to 50 inches)
Or you can list your Total Inches. Add up all the iches you have measured and post that about. Such as 281. The choice is yours.
