Went to the dr. today and had some good news. Things are looking better and I not coughing. He said to take at least next week off from exercise, so one more week.
I do agree I will have to lay low so I can get back to it. I am going to log in my food intake so I won't fall too behind. Thanks so much everyone for all your support.

Hang in there OVERFIFTY3! Be sure to take care of yourself and REST. The better you take care of yourself now the sooner you will be able to get back to your normal routine, so rest, rest,rest. Take care of yourself. :-))
